Abstract

The question that guides this article is the teaching formation for the full-time school in the National Education Plan/2014-2014. We wonder if is necessary specific training for teachers who work on full-time schools and what the particularities required of nature and working process in these schools. The school time the problem and its expansion bring for this current time of implementation of the NAP philosophical, political and pedagogical questions, since the extended of the school time has been understood as a key dimension to improve the quality of education and as an inescapable way towards education integral. On the other hand, welfare and compensatory conceptions also emerge when we think and realize the full-time school education. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the concepts of integral education, full-time school and school time, inserting in this reflection the new demands of training and work for the teachers.
